I'm Hasan Misbah, a product engineer who enjoys building the business-critical systems behind modern software products. From licensing and subscriptions to payments, authentication, APIs, and backend infrastructure, I work on the parts users rarely notice, but businesses rely on every day.
Since 2018, I've worked across different stages of product growth, helping build products from the ground up, watching startups earn their first paying customers, and contributing to established platforms already in wide production use. Every stage brings different engineering challenges, but they reinforce the same principle: build software that's reliable, maintainable, and ready to grow.

I don't define myself by frameworks. Laravel, WordPress, Vue.js, or anything else is simply a tool. What interests me is understanding the business, solving the right problems, and designing systems that keep working long after they're shipped.

How I work
Good engineering starts before writing code. It starts with asking the right questions, understanding trade-offs, and making decisions that benefit both the product and the people who maintain it.
I enjoy working closely with founders and product teams, turning ideas into production-ready software while keeping long-term maintainability in mind. Whether it's a new SaaS product, a commercial WordPress plugin, or a growing backend platform, I try to leave every system simpler, more reliable, and easier to build on than I found it.
Outside of engineering, I'm always learning about software architecture, product strategy, and developer experience. I also enjoy writing about what I learn, not because I have all the answers, but because sharing ideas is one of the best ways to keep improving.
